Psychological contract refers to the mutual obligation perceived by employees and among the reciprocal relationships of employees and enterprises. It includes two facets: Organization obligations to employees and Employee obligations to organization. Psycho logical contract is also a dominant factor in determining the attitude and obligation of employees towards organization. Therefore, it is one of the important research topics in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior.This thesis tries to study the mutual effect between enterprises and employees based on former studies. According to the empirical analysis, we are trying to find if personal factors and social factors affect employee expectation. And also we analyze if employee obligation correlated to employee expectation and to see if employees measure their own obligations with enterprise obligations. Then it comes to the conclusion that how enterprises make and maintain a fine psychological contract.In the study of effect between psychological contracts of enterprises and employees, this thesis put forward mutual effect model of psychological contracts between enterprises and employees. It analyzes the process of their mutual effect, including enterprise action affects employees expectation, and the new expectation and new psychological contracts are formed. Then employees express their psychological contracts through their behaviors, and enterprises get a new impression of their employees and so that the psychological contracts of enterprises are changed.This thesis uses a questionnaire in the study and collected data from 573 employees from a company. It uses ANOVA, Correlation and Canonical analysis methods. Analyze the correlation between personal factors and employee expectation. Personal factors include gender, age, and educational level, length of service, position, and contract trait. The result shows that the factors above affect employee expectation from different aspect and to different degrees.
