Sci-tech talent is a kind of high quality human resource. In the process of economy globalization, the one who owns the high quality and can develop the human resource enough and win the advantage in world compete. Especially after the entry of WTO, more and more enterprises suffer the serious challenge on the managing of Sci-tech talent, exist commonly the phenomenon which including shortage of management tactics, frequent employment loss and increased cost in the management. So studying on the management tactics of enterprise sci-tech talent is significant.This paper analyzes the WS company's brain drain problem with all kinds of theory, which include: Modern Management theory, Human Resource management theory and Organizational Behavior theory, the talent loss theory and incentives mechanism, combines the theory with the practice, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The paper presents some control and management measures in view of development and human resources management, viewpoint of the talent loss theory and incentives mechanism.Firstly, this paper adopts literature research by analyzing WS company brain drain problem, the author refers a lot of domestic and international related materials!Secondly, this paper investigates the WS Human Resource and gives the structure of the WS scientific talents, then analyze the problem of brain drain.In the third part, the author analyses the reasons why the Sci-tech talent leave WS Company by the direction of the Sci-tech talent loss.At last, through the analysis the talent loss in WS enterprise, the author gives some suggestions to solve the problem—brain drain...
