In the era of Knowledge-based economy nowadays, the competition of high-tech enterprises, is the competition for science & technology, is the competition for capital, furthermore, is the competition for the talent. The scientific and technical talent, as high-qualified core human resource, is the decisive factor of the development of high-tech enterprises. As a result, enterprises would be able to hold the initiative in business development if they have such high-qualified talent, and so as to have advantage in market competition. How to reserve the talent, how to use them sufficiently, is not only one of the most significant researching topics in human resource management subject, but also the chief mission of human resource management staff in high-tech enterprises. Therefore, the research about loss of technological talented people and the cure method has great meaning.This thesis is based on the situation of R Company. It mainly talks about talent flowage in R Company. Through the study and explore of employee turnover, this thesis will analyze basic circumstance of human resource in R Company and discuss the matter of tech-talents turnover there. The thesis will also analyze the motivation of employee turnover while discovering some matters in human resource management in R Company. Moreover, it will organize and analyze tech-talents Satisfaction Questionnaire,use related models in employee turnover theory to analyze the reason of brain drain problem and the effect that brings to R Company. Following some countermeasures and suggestions will be given, such as: help tech-talents to design their professional career planning; build up an appealing salary scheme, and so on. Hopefully this thesis would be reference for human resource managers in R Company and other IT high-tech enterprises.
