A Research On Income Distribution In China

Since the Reform and Opening,the Chinese residents' income has enhanced universally and the life has improved tremendously.However,the income gap has expanded gradually at the same time even disparately, becoming a puzzle for reform and development of our country and directly affecting the building a harmonious socialist society.If the tendencies of the Urban-Rural Gap and urban and rural household income growth rate unbalance between different provinces continue,the income gaps expand rapidly.Different measures should be adopted to deal with the income gap expansion caused by different reasons.First,the income gap problem caused by development unbalance should solved though rapid and coordinated development.Second,the income gap problem caused by market factors should solved by government and other non-market forces.Third,for the income gap caused by system factors which are differences of marketization degree,we should realize that it is caused by inequality in prior opportunity from theory perspective.This thesis contains four parts.In the first part,income distribution in china at present is described and analyzed.In the second part,the reasons of income distribution gap in china are analyzed.In the third part,the impacts of income distribution gap are elaborated from positive and passive aspects.In the forth part,for the income distribution gap which would have passive impacts on the building of harmonious socialist society,this thesis proposes some policies and suggestions in order to curb the expanding income distribution gap.
