Green barriers are moving towards systematization, which will have a profound influence on the various countries'participating the world trade. The developing nations should not excessively pay attention to the negative influence of green barriers, but comply with the historical trend and see the scientific nature, rational side of Green barriers. Put up the independent innovation baseing on its guidance effect. Utilizes the green barrier system appropriately to protect the ecological environment of our country, promote human, animals and plants'health, contains the negative influence of green barriers to China fundamentally, protect the inferiority industry of our country under the new situation, optimize industrial structure and realize Chinese agriculture sustainable development. This article attempts to synthetically utilize the multi-disciplinary theories and methods to lucubrate the guiding effect of green barriers to Chinese agricultural products exportation. It has a momentous practical significance regardless of it theoretically or practically.This article mainly studied some correlative problems on positive influence of green barriers to Chinese agricultural products export trade. Its research route is: studying the positive influence of green barriers to Chinese agruicultural products export trade in theory and demonstration after defining green barriers and green barrier system.Firstly, this article elaborated four guiding effects of green barrier system: Technological innovation effect, System innovation effect, Green production and expense effect and Technical standard trail connection effect.Secondly, it analyzed the present situation of Chinese agricultural products exportation and pointed out questions existed, as well as the positive influence of green barriers to Chinese agricultural products exportation.The overall international competitive power of agricultural products assumes the drop tendency, the TT of agricultural products has been worsened in the last few years. The technological innovation of agricultural products has obtained progresses, the effective system arrangement has been implemented, the enterprise production methods have been changed, and the construction about standard system of agricultural products has been advanced positively.Thirdly, it confirmed guiding effect of green barriers to Chinese agricultural products export trade by detailed cases.Finally, it proposed strategic countermeasures about Chinese agricultural products exportation breaking through green barriers on the foundation of former analysis. |
