The Research Of Chinese Food-safety Report

This dissertation starts from trying to limit the conception of food-safety reports, then dividing these reports into three parts the beginning stage, the birth stage as well as the vigorous growth stage according to our various economic times. The food safety problem has called our attention in 2001, although it had received the world's attention for many years. Especially after our China has joined the World Trade Organization, the government was formerly stricter to the supervision of food-safety; simultaneously the report related increased suddenly.The report's growth stage is from 2001 until now; there were many shark questions had exposed by newspaper during this period, and so is the contradiction between the press and the food industry had been revealed. This article is trying to analyze some features and divide several types of food-safety reports by Comparing during the newspaper, the television and the network in the growth stage. Some incidents will be mentioned as well. We will discuss the media achievement as "the fourth person" besides government, corporation and audience, attend to show you the realization between being a surveillance and being a balancer.The present food-safety report also mixes with some untruth news and hyped news, but I sincerely believed that the press will play as a major role and do its own job better and better, until the food-recall-system has been build up in the coming future.
