With the rapid development of China's economy, the enormous market attracts more and more multinational companies investing in China. Whereas, foreign investors not only bring capital, technology and advanced management experience, but also bring different culture and value concepts. Before these cultural conflicts, foreign enterprises will have some confusion on management. So how to reduce the differences and set up common enterprise culture fitting for development has become a necessary doorsill for foreign enterprises to stride after they enter Chinese market.As a best combination point of foreign enterprises and their employees, psychological contract is a bridge and tache that connect enterprises and employees. It covers every expectation, desire, willing, spirit inspiration and matter reward. Whether the process and result of conflict can be effectively led and controlled, to some extent, lies on the essential contents of the psychological contract which is constructed by enterprises and their employees.Applying the theory of psychological contract, this paper analyzes the cultural differences in multinational companies and the conflict forms causing by these differences. Combining the real instances of multinational companies, it tries to construct a set of integrated acculturation mode to help the creation of harmonious coexistence of multinational companies and their employees and to help the realization of enterprises' persistent and healthy development.
