Domestic and international studies have shown that the psychological contract on employee satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, work a sense of participation and turnover intention, etc. have a major impact. Technical staff in the development of high-tech enterprises have an important position and role is to maintain a critical enterprise's core competitiveness. SC Mobile is currently the company's technical staff there are many problems, such as work burnout, satisfaction is not high, low motivation, lack of creativity. This paper argues that technology workers lack the psychological contract is one of the main reasons for these problems. The impact of psychological contract formation are many factors, individual factors have also organized factors. This paper studies from an organizational perspective on corporate culture and employee management of the impact of psychological contract. In this paper, SC Mobile technology workers for the study of empirical research studies have shown that: technology-based organizational responsibility for employee psychological contract and employee responsibilities are three dimensions, namely, organizational norms responsibilities, organization and interpersonal responsibility, responsibility of organizational development, employee specification responsibilities, staff responsibilities and staff development of interpersonal responsibility. Through exploratory factor analysis, found that corporate culture and employee management has five dimensions, namely, corporate culture, employee motivation, employee communication, system development and career development. Fit analysis found: male employees and female employees in the organization of normative responsibilities, organizational development responsibilities, employee motivation, corporate culture, employee communication, system development and career development dimensions were significant differences in the level of technical titles of employees in the corporate culture dimensions there are significant differences in degree, technical staff of the length of work experience and interpersonal responsibility in the organization, employee incentives and other dimensions were significantly different. By regression analysis, found that corporate culture and employee management, corporate culture, employee motivation, employee communication, system development and career development are five dimensions of technology-based employees have a significant impact on the psychological contract, including employee motivation, employee communication, career development three most significant factors.Based on the research findings, this article on the current SC Mobile workforce management ideas and methods to make a few suggestions that enhance staff motivation, the establishment of effective communication, attention to employee career development, so that employees and enterprises to establish a positive relationship between good psychological contract, so as to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and creativity.
