Planning Research On The Extension Of The Bonded Functions Of Dalian Free Trade Port Area

Free Trade Port Area is an area of Customs' special monitoring region, which integrates the port operations, logistics and processing in one area. It has the highest level of China's opening up, the best policy and the most complete functions currently. This special region is the first district of state's implementation of the regional strategy of free trade area. Its main business is international transiting, distributing, procuring, re-exporting and export processing, and on the basis of these developing related functions. Dalian Dayaowan Free Trade Port Area is established by the State Council on August 31, 2006. As the only Free Trade Port Area in Northeast China, whether its function can extend to its hinterland, will do great significances for building international shipping centre and developing regional economics,This thesis researches the overall plan of the extension of Dalian Free Trade Port Area to the Northeast. First of all, it introduces the history and development of Free Trade Port Area and the necessity of the extension. Then, on the basis of analysising the logistics status, the thesis makes an overall plan of the extension, and suggests a few security measures in order to make sure of the implementation of the extension. In the end, this thesis supplies theoretical basis for the extension of the Dalian Free Trade Port Area to the Northeastern region.
