Strategic Research On Transition Of Dalian Bonded Area To Free Trade Area

With the development of the social economy and adjustment of the new environment, the international trade of the bonded area has improved a lot. In order to attract more capital investment and to be the focus point of the world, it is high time we developed our bonded area into free trade area. The main problem now we should face to is that which mechanism and method is the best way. With the hope of offering some useful reference, the paper take the example of Dalian boned area and put the amphasis on the mechanism and method of the change.Based on the definition of the bonded area and free trade area, the paper firstly discusses the fundamental qualifications for the change. The method of SWOT is used to analyse the strength, weakness, opportunities and threads of Dalian bonded area. Then with the method of Delphi/AHP/Fuzzy, a comparison of different bonded areas is made through the calculation of synthetical evaluation. Finally the paper gives some leading methods, developing objectives and practical measures that Dalian bonded area should take for their reference.
