The cruise exists 100 years, cruise ship industry exists nearly half century. Region economy and relative industry has been greatly influenced by the cruise ship industry. It has become one of the most rapid emerging and growing industries in the Tourism industry. Cruise ship industry has got more attention and has been studied extensively. The world cruise ship industry has overcome the SARS crisis the terrific threat and unstable factors itself. Growth of Economic revenue of world cruise ship industry has surpassed 7% which becomes the new increase point. This depicts the cruise ship industry has powerful competitive advantages and bright perspective.The total economy growth effect on the cruise industry, the catalogues of the effects, the ratio of cruise terminal port and cruise port of call effect the economy ,the cruise ship terminal effect on the cruise ship port of cal the needs to be studied. These answers are great references in the cruise ship port plan of our country. The cruise ship industry is unbalance. Most revenue of the world cruise ship industry comes from USA which has become the most developed country in the world. Main cruise ship group, cruise ship route, cruise ship destination, cruise ship tourists come from USA. How to make our country cruise ship industry develop rapidly is this paper research emphasis.The paper studies the world cruise ship industry, mainly studies the difference between cruise chip terminal and cruise ship port of call effects regional economic .The ratio of the cruise ship terminal and cruise ship port of call is forecast base on the BP networks. This paper provides suggestion to the cruise port plain in our country.
