| Material distribution is the basic of cruise ship construction,including order picking and materials shipping.It has a direct impact on the construction schedule and cost control of cruise ship whether it can quickly respond to the distribution needs of construction materials,timely and accurately complete the picking and transportation of materials.At present,there are few studies on the optimization of shipbuilding material distribution in shipyards.The traditional decision-making method of material distribution cannot meet the requirements of refined management of multi-variety and massive construction materials of cruise ships.The advantages of intelligent algorithms in solving some complex engineering problems are suitable for solving complex decision-making problems such as material order batching and distribution vehicle scheduling in cruise ship regional construction material distribution.Therefore,based on intelligent algorithms,this paper studies the material distribution optimization method for the regional construction of cruise ship.Firstly,the paper analyzes the development status of cruise supporting industry and the research status of order batching optimization of order picking and vehicle scheduling optimization of distribution centers at home and abroad as well as their application in the distribution of materials in cruise ship regional construction.Then,the characteristics of material demand in cruise ship construction and each production process are studied,and the palletized material distribution model based on just-in-time system is formed in combination with the storage of materials.On this basis,a mathematical model of the order batching problem of order picking is established,and a batching method of cruise ship construction material orders based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed.The performance of the method in different working conditions is verified by numerical experiments,and compared with traditional manual decision making method and standard genetic algorithm.A vehicle scheduling problem model for material pallet transportation is established,and a vehicle scheduling method based on hybrid intelligent algorithm is proposed.Numerical experiments are carried out to verify the performance of the method.Finally,the prototype system of material distribution for cruise ship regional construction is designed and developed in Visual Studio integrated development environment with C#language.The integration of optimization of practical cruise material distribution operation method,distribution task execution and distribution process management are preliminarily realized,which verifies the practicability and validity of the study. |
