| Cruise tourism refers to the use of cruise ships as transportation vehicles,including hotel accommodation,catering supply and leisure and entertainment venues,and other functions,with boat activities and shore leisure tourism as the main content of tourism activities.China’s cruise tourism market has experienced a budding period from 2006 to 2011,a growth period from 2012 to 2016,and entered a gradual period after 2017.Although the number of passenger sources ranks second in the world,the demand pull has fallen into a bottleneck,and the change must not be delayed.This article analyzes the current development trend of China’s tourism industry and the current situation of the supply and demand of the cruise tourism market,and compares Hainan’s cruise ports with well-known cruise ports at home and abroad.When the market as a whole is at a low point,it should take advantage of its geographical advantages,keep up with the current tourism boom,and actively optimize the development of Southeast Asian routes.To this end,this article redefines the concept of cruise port competitiveness,selects indicators from the three aspects of port city tourism resources,port traffic and port city tourism potential,and uses factor analysis to calculate the total of 11 cruise ports in Hainan and Southeast Asia Comprehensive score of competitiveness.Taking the cruise ship route with the highest competitiveness and the cruise company’s profit as the objective function,and taking the voyage time as the constraint condition,a bi-objective linear programming model is constructed.The genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and the cruise line call port and cruise ship type selection scheme are obtained.In terms of examples,the two Hainan ports comprehensively evaluated above are used as alternative home ports,and nine Southeast Asian ports are used as alternative call ports.The model is solved to obtain the Hainan-Southeast Asia cruise line call port scheme and corresponding corresponding routes under different conditions after calculation,the rationality of the results was analyzed. |
