This paper bases on the Research on the Establishment of Logistics System in the Old Northeast Industrial Base (number: 05W166).Logistics industry has developed full of vitality and vigor as one of the third industry in western countries with the process of economic globalization, gradual perfection of modern net technology and high-speed development transportation in the world, which is considered the third profit source besides saving resources and promoting labor efficiency. Along with the implementation of revitalizing northeast old industrial bases, logistics has been put into practice all over the country rapidly. Faced this kind of opportunity, The northeast old industrial base should choose the appropriate way for layout logistics industrial distribution.This paper mainly discusses the fitting way to layout the logistics industrial distribution in from the angle of the whole northeast old industrial base and provides some way to bring this planning into effect. It discusses the theory of logistics and the origin of conceptions of logistics industry, logistics system and logistics park etc, introduces the research status of correlation theory and review objectively the current situation of logistics industry in the northeast old industrial base. Then, through analysis the current situation of logistics industry in developed countries and domestic advanced provinces and cities, provides references for layout the logistics industrial distribution in northeast old industrial bases.
