| Along with people's increasingly environmental awareness and sustainable development strategy widely implemented, the eco-tourism developing rapidly has become an important development direction of tourism. In the course of the eco-tourism development, how to coordinate tourism development and ecological environment, so as to seek the harmony of human traveling activities and nature development, and achieve sustainable use of tourism resources and sustainable development of tourism, has become an important topic that academic circles pays attention to. China's eco-tourism started in 1980's, but has not yet formed guidance of systematical theories; especially the guidance on coordinated development of ecology and tourism is less in the undeveloped region. Shanglin County is backward and remote, which is relatively weak in socio-economic base. But there are rich tourism resources, good ecological basis, suitable location condition, and tourism development with high enthusiasm. All of these are best conjunction for them to realize the eco-tourism and Social Economic Sustainable Development. As a new industry, tourism is in primary stage in Shangli County. Recently, because of its inaccurate location, it limits the development to sightseeing, and neglects the relations between tourism and ecology. Under such circumstances, it should take the opportunities of after-development and ASEAN Exposition in Nanning City as the permanent venue to seek the best conjunction spot of tourism development, so as to avoid "developing before plans, pollution before governing" to develop the eco-tourism vigorously. The author thinks that the eco-tourism development is an action of timely changing traveling strategy and a basic way to be rich and realize the sustainable development.This article is divided into five chapters: The first chapter is the preamble, mainly on research background, the purpose and the significance, the literature review, research thoughts, research methods, main innovative points, eco-tourism development status and so on. The second chapter is to study the regional overview and investigate sample analysis. It also briefly introduces the Shanglin County development situation, the tourism development, the favorable conditions for eco-tourism development as well as the basic situation of this questionnaire and investigation samples.The third chapter is to investigate and analysis the eco-tourism development situation of Shanglin County. This paper comes to the targeted conclusion through investigating and analyzing developmental achievements of the scenic area resident, their attitude to environment and eco-tourism development, and the tourist purpose, as well as comparing the advantages and disadvantages of eco-tourism development. The fourth chapter is to propose the Development Thoughts and Countermeasures to eco-tourism in Shangli County on the basis of theory and empirical research. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the insufficiency of research.This article has drawn the following conclusions: for Shanglin County, it should change the idea of tourism product development, adjust the development and management model that mainly develops traditional mass tourism product, in order to seek new model with the sustainable development; the eco-tourism as main development direction, should make agriculture, ecology and tourism together, and make full use of agricultural resources and human resources; it is proposed to create "garden of Nanning" brand as the core, strengthen the construction of qualified personnel and infrastructure facilities, and continuously enhance the level of tourist sites, and form the Tourism Product System characteristic of the tourism subject of "a mountain, water , a person, a lake" and the orientation of "ecology—culture—tourism"by shaping the theme of" the person outstanding and earth with deity; the scenery characteristic of different styles" with joint effort. |
