Tentative Study On Integrated Cooperative And Practice Of Ruian Rural Cooperative Association

The rural economic cooperative originated from the Western Europe, and widespread to the United States, Canada, Japan and other countries, and also have flourished in these countries. With the support of the government, the forms of their cooperation are highly specialized and market-oriented, or highly integrated and served, which have become the main forces to promote the development of agriculture rapidly. The development of cooperative abroad has proved that the rural cooperative has no state borders and no class boundaries. Only when to enter the fields of processing and marketing, which are the real fields of the profit of agricultural products, to access to the value-added profit, the rural economic cooperative can develop and grow by its own, and at the same time, it maximizes the farmers to share the value-added profit of agricultural products, which can make them wealthy.With the increasingly close to the agriculture in the world today, China has to solve the contradicts of small peasants-large market, and the family operation-scale operation and other issues, so it is urgent to enhance the extent of cooperation of peasants. The rural economic cooperative is the best intermediary. However, at present, most of our rural economic cooperative have stagnated or nearly vanished for a variety of reasons. How to make best use of these traditional and new resources of cooperation is the key to solve such problems. Some places have been doing some explorations, and a new integrated-served practice has appeared which is characterized by Ruian rural cooperative association in the city of Ruian in Zhejiang Province. It imitates the integrated mode of Japan Agricultural Cooperative and the professional modes of the Europe and the United States, and reorganizes the traditional and new resources, and establishes an integrated mode of the rural economic cooperative, which contains the functions of circulation, finance, and technology promotion, so it gives the"wings"to the specialized cooperatives. This practice is hoped that it can serve pheasants whole-heartedly, and induce the agriculture being specialized, scaled, and comprehensive cooperation. After the analysis of three foreign countries'experiences and the way of Ruian rural cooperative association, the author thinks that this integrated organization has a great significance of practice and rationality, and the rural integrated cooperative created in China which is represented by Ruian rural cooperative association, has the rationality and realistic requirement, which is a sample of rural integrated cooperative in China. Then concludes the survival conditions of rural integrated cooperative, and at last provides some suggestions to perfect the rural integrated cooperative.
