The Study On The Standardized System Of Green Supply Chain

With the global environment further worsening and the environment problems standing out increasingly, the people has attached more importance to the environment management. Green supply chain management based on traditional supply chain and the sustainable development has been given closer attention, it has become one of the burgeoning fields studied widely at the end of last century and the beginning of this century and made important action on the development of the national economics more and more. Green supply chain is the crossing and blending of the effective utilization of environmental awareness, resources, energy sources and all the links of the supply chain. Its goal is realizing the resource optimization, welfare, the fusion with the environment. But green supply chain in China began too late with weak base, slow concept and low efficiency. In order to making green supply chain develop rationalization, affectivity, standardization, the urgent thing is to build the standardized system of green supply chain. This paper has some shallow study to make up the deficiency of study on green supply chain.Based the analysis of domestic and overseas study actuality, this paper dissertates the importance of establishing the standardized system of green supply chain. Through the study on the basal concepts and structure frame of green supply chain and its management, it expatiates the goal, the thought and the establishing principle of the standardized system of green supply chain. On the basis of keeping to the principle of standards and standardization, from the angle of green supply chain operating, this paper studies exhaustively its four links of green purchasing, green manufacturing, green marketing and green consuming. From the horizontal and longitudinal angles respectively, it establishes the standardized system of green supply chain.On the basis of the establishment of the standardized system of green supply chain, this paper sets the index system to evaluate standardized system. At the same time, on the evaluating methods, this paper has selected data envelopment analysis (DEA), evaluated the validity of example, conquered the weakness of more subjectivity and made the evaluating result more comprehensive, more objective and more accordant with actual situation.
