With the rapid development of economy and the formation of economic globalization, conflicts and problems between environment and economy are attracting more and more attention.Especially for developing countries are in China;2001,China's smooth accession to the WTO,there are more opportunities to challenge. On the one hand, because China's current environmental standards generally lower than the standards of developed countries,China's food, electrical and mechanical, textile, leather, tobacco and other industries will be in the export trade by green trade barriers. On the other hand, due to the international market for China's minerals, agricultural products, stone and other large demand, these economic demands are likely to increase China's ecological, natural resources and environmental damage. How to find a balance between economic development and environmental protection, many scholars at home and abroad to do more research on supply chain development;the same time,in order to actively guide enterprises to green production, the government also introduced more relevant policies and laws and regulations,In ensuring economic development at the same time increase the intensity of environmental protection.Based on the above background, this paper mainly focuses on the problem of green supply chain optimization operation and contract design based on government green subsidy and consumer green preference under the uncertain demand environment. In this paper,a two-level green supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer is used to carry out mathematical modeling and repair correlation analysis by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.Firstly, this paper analyzes the optimal solution problem of green supply chain underthe two extreme modes of centralized decision and decentralized decision, and obtains the relevant conclusion by comparing the optimal solution of the two models.Secondly,in order to strengthen the cooperation between the supply chain system as the starting point, the traditional supply chain contract model is applied to the green supply chain, focusing on the construction of the revenue-sharing contract model and the repurchase contract model. And the optimal solution of the green supply chain under these two contract models is obtained by data simulation, and the optimal solution of each decision variable in the centralized decision mode, the decentralized decision mode, the revenue sharing mode and the repurchase mode is comprehensively compared.,By changing the relevant values to explore the green preference of consumers and the impact of government green subsidies on the relevant decision variables in the four modes,But also on the real economic activities have some inspiration.
