With the development of information, globalization and knowledge economy, enterprises have paid more and more attention to the complex of knowledge, information and scientific technology----intellectual employees in the competition. The management of all factors in the economic management are actually the management of intellectual employees, which is the key factor of a successful enterprise. So the passage makes an analysis on some key points against the background of current situation for the management in TM Equipment Co., Ltd. And then puts forward some suggestions accordingly, hoping such analysis could offer some hints for reference.By comparative and authentic method, it is to analyze and research by taking three sections of incentive scheme, loyalty cultivation and brain drain with current management for intellectual employees in TM Equipment Co., Ltd; to illustrate the management of intellectual employees. Firstly, it makes a general introduction about the theory of management for features, psychological characteristics, mode of behavior, demand feature, incentive scheme, and loyalty of intellectual employees. Secondly, according to the current management in the TM Equipment Company, it finds out the problems for management by exploring the management pattern, incentive scheme, employee training, career program and the reasons of brain drain and then provides some measures on entrepreneur culture, incentive scheme, loyalty cultivation and the control of brain drain Finally, it puts forward some helpful suggestions on the mode of management and the control for brain drain.
