| Coal industry in China has formed a comparably complete system, and has been the foundation of energy resource industry after 40 years construction. However, a lot of problems faced with coal energy resource during the prospecting process, such as high resource consumption, low resource using rate; low resource call back rate, astonishing waste; uncontrollable small coal mine, serious improper prospecting. Coal is the basic industry of our national economy, the sustainable utilization of coal is one of the most important parts of natural resource sustainable utilization, so it is one of the restricting factors for our sustainable development. Therefore, aiming at the condition described above, at the beginning, the paper expatiates the meaning of sustainable development from following four aspects: nature, society, economy, technology, human and society, and discusses the meaning of sustainable development of coal industry. Then it analyses the sustainable system of energy from energy, economy, society and environment. Base on the above theory, it designs a sustainable evaluation index and model for coal industry, and then does demonstration analysis for the sustainable development level in the latest 20 years through principal components analysis, and gives a conclusion: Resource is the main factor influencing our coal industry sustainable development, the paper makes detailed analysis about resource sub-system by using linear regression. At last, the paper brings forward some effective methods to carry out the sustainable development of our coal industry, and discuses the stratagy of our energy sustainable development. |
