A Study On Order Construction Of Digital Content Industry

Digital content industry involves a large number of industrial clusters, which exists in a complex environment of trade, production, technical and services support. This kind of integration makes the growth of digital content industry being very complex and various aspects of the conflict becomes very obviously as well. The factors of digital technique, information networks technique, digital convergence and industry amalgamation have increased the difficulty of copyright protection and impacted the traditional supervise system as well as providing measureless space and facility in digital content industry, which makes digital content industry facing problems of systematization, this paper was born in such a background.It has formed a better system of copyright protection order and industry regulatory order in the digital content industry development process abroad. In recent years, with the enhancing of digital content industry status and the appearance of legal protection, domestic experts and scholars with related departments have strengthen management of foreign communication and cooperation. But the researches on the digital content industry mainly focus on the economic issues. There are some related to order management of the digital content industry, they emphasize particularly on national policy and some of them have only pointed out problems to solve, however, no detailed discussions have been made on the related topics.The first part of this paper introduces not only the status and achievements of the research, but also the main contents and innovations. In the second part, through analysis on the effect factors of digital techniques, information networks and digital convergence techniques, industrial integration and so on, this article concludes them providing unlimited space and facilities in the development of the digital content industry, as well as increasing the difficulties of copyright protection and impacting the traditional regulatory system, which makes digital content industry facing order problems. The third part is an introduction of some legal protection policies and measures for China's digital content industry and an analysis on some representation of countries and regions, and also puts forward the basic order and supervision order based on intellectual property. The last, on the basis of the previous analysis, the paper brings forward its own proposal for the industrial policy, the establishment of laws and supervision regulations.
