The change of enterprise competitive environment causes the change of enterprise management mode; logistics management appears in the environment of new competition. After undergoing more than 30 years of development, the trade of medical equipment of our country has established comparatively perfect scientific research and development, industrial production and quality management system, face the fierce market competition again now. How to face competition and challenge in the environment of tackling newly, improve the competitive power of enterprises and level of customer service, become the question that the administrator of medical equipment trade has to think deeply. It is an important respect of enterprises lower costs; raise the efficiency, customer satisfaction that sales logistics are managed effectively. This thesis regard XS Company as research object, research and explore to sales logistics strategy to XS Company from three aspects that are theory, diagnoses and strategy studying. Firstly, this thesis introduces the concept of logistics, and development, definition and function of sales logistics at first; Analyses the difference between sales logistics and other logistics; Expounds the fact that strategy and method of sales logistics, proposes the purpose to sales logistics management is to improve level of customer service and reduce the logistics cost; Introduces sales forecast method , order procedure to deal with, stock control strategy and deliver strategy. Secondly, the thesis introduces the basic situation of XS Company, and analyses that the existing problem of sales management and sales logistics management, proposes the goal and principle of sales logistics management of XS Company. Finally, the thesis proposes that the sales logistics management strategy according to the goal and principle of sales logistics management of XS Company; Designs and improves level of customer service, sales forecast, dealing with order procedure, stock and distribution strategy to XS Company. In level of customer service, it makes the optimum level of customer service through fuzzy appraisal and mathematics method; In sales forecast, it uses the qualitative and quantitative method to carry on sales forecast; In the dealing with order procedure, it simplifies procedure according to the present one; In stock strategy, it makes the rationalized improvement suggestion; In the distribution strategy, it chooses distribution strategy according to SWOT method, and makes master plan and concrete design to distribution.
