As Chinese reformation and opening-up developed continually,Chinese economy gradually go up with world,more and more enterprises go abroad,they has contribute a lot to Chinese open economy。However,economic globalization brings new opportunity and huge market as well as strong competition.Thus how to take measures of intercultural human resources management to those enterprises which are in the condition of different culture background and different territories become the challenge that Chinese enterprise abroad have to face.Intercultural human resources management means the management to those employees who are in different kinds of culture background and diversity.how to deal with the culture diversity between those enterprises abroad and how to put up Intercultural human resources management are the point that enterprises survive and develop.This article analyzed the process of human resources management in TD company.Firstly it used F.Trompenaars dimensionality system to compare China to with Zambia.This included the comparison of individuality-collectivity, neutrality-sensibility,specificity-diffusion and accomplishment-copy sense of worth value.Secondly,It compare some character of intercourse between China and Zambia.This included the comparison of brief introduction and direct information communication,the mutual inductance between China and Zambia,the way to speak and the style of cooperate.Thirdly,it compare the sense of worth value of china and Zambia. According to the cultural diversity between China and Zambia,this article proposed the project to workers go abroad and local workers,analyzed the employee conscribing,training,evaluation of achievement,rewards and material benefits and offered an opinion to intercultural human resources management of enterprise abroad.Only if put up Intercultural human resources management,obey the rule of intercultural communication availably and transform the culture diversity into predominance of competition,Intercultural human resources management can become the assurance of intercultural enterprises' healthy development.
