Then has especially analyzed the law of comprehensive assessment, low price law and comprehensive point system of reasonable low price, three kinds of tender evaluation methods which applied in one section of projects of some foreign traffic highway improvement project B contract of power station, and has carried on comparative analysis to three kinds of tender evaluation methods, summarizing the comprehensive point system of the reasonable low price has the conclusions of a lot of advantages.
