Based On MCS The Research To Determine Reasonable Range Of Comprehensive Unit Price Of The Highway Bill

Highway engineering bill valuation mainly occurs in the bidding phase. Together with rational low price bidding method, controlled bidding price is the principal means of cost control this stage. In view of the possible problems existing at present by using controlled bidding price, we must seek new cooperated solutions to ensure the accuracy and rationality of valuation. Strengthening the audit of controlled bidding price will play a certain role to improve the situation, especially the evaluation of large and important sub-project's comprehensive unit price. Therefore, the reasonable determination of comprehensive unit price in bill should be the key consideration to control costs at bidding stage.This article takes up research from controlled bidding price: firstly makes sense of the requirements to set controlled bidding price in the valuation specification of bill of quantities, and the expected target by controlled bidding price, with practical case appeared in the bidding process to analysis the influencing factors to price, this paper puts forward the principle and methods to prepare controlled bidding price reasonably, to promote the rationalization of price decision.Now most of the literature on comprehensive unit price under bill valuation is based on the research in the content of construction projects and the prediction of a reasonable value. This paper introduces mainly determination to comprehensive unit price of highway engineering, and the reasonable value of comprehensive unit price should be an interval rather than a specific value. From the cost for comprehensive unit price, this paper expounds the content of each part fee and the influencing factors to price, analyzing the situation of their influence to comprehensive unit price, discusses the common forms for determining comprehensive unit price, grasps the main link to define the comprehensive unit price reasonably, based on these studies methods of determining reasonable range of comprehensive unit price. This paper analyses comprehensive unit price by Monte Carlo Simulation. Mainly considering the current implementation time of bill valuation is short, the actual experience and data is insufficient, and Monte Carlo method can be used in limited data condition, with the experts estimating comprehensive unit price's uncertainty factors in the form of probability distribution, on the basis of the calculation model of comprehensive unit price forecasts its possible value, and then reach the reasonable scope of comprehensive unit price in certain confidence level. Based on concrete's raw data of comprehensive unit price in structural engineering in Yunnan province, Crystal ball software is used to make Monte Carlo simulation, and the simulation results are analyzed, the Monte Carlo simulation's feasibility is verified to simulate reasonable range of comprehensive unit price.
