The Sustainable Tourism Evaluation And Development Strategy Research On The Historical And Cultural Cities

With the past 30 years of reform and opening up, high-speed economic developments, accelerating the process of urbanization and large-scale urban construction led to the development of tourism, and also cause the historical cultural destruction of the cultural heritage of the city, the loss of a city's character and the convergence of urban culture. It is a popular phenomenon for more and more people to go out for a trip and the trend became clear, the pressure to protect became more and more obvious. It is necessary to protect the historical and cultural relics, and also promote urban cultural tourism development, tourism sustainable development become tendency and necessarily. So we should set up a comprehensive evaluation system to lead the Historical and Cultural Cities of sustainable tourism development.Up to now, we have element research on China's tourism sustainable development evaluation. And the research fields concentrated on a regional like a common city, so the target of research is not clear. The Historical and Cultural Cities, because of its unique characteristics of resource and environment, is the important cultural tourism carrier. It has very important role that setting up a comprehensive of the Historical and Cultural Cities to pattern the market today.This paper firstly expatiates, analyzes and summarizes indexes of sustainable tourism evaluation and the literature of the Historical and Cultural City's tourism development.And then, in the core part of this paper, it set up the comprehensive sustainable tourism appraisal system of the Historical and Cultural Cities, and explains the index meanings, and has ascertained various index weights using the analytic hierarchy process and calculates single index weight and the total index arrangement value. In term of the comprehensive sustainable tourism appraisal system of the Historical and Cultural Cities, it points out that the three center contradictions of the development of the Historical and Cultural Cities and then proposes solutions to contradictionsAnd then, in the practice part of the paper, it takes Luoyang city in Henan province as the example, proves the feasibility and necessity of the comprehensive sustainable tourism evaluation, and then finds the present shortage, meanwhile gives the suggestion on the development for the future.Finally, the study concludes the major research outcomes, limitations for research and suggestion the directions of future research.
