The Sustainable Tourism Evaluation And Resources Management On Cultural Hertage

World Heritage is a valuable natural and human wealth, which represents themost valuable cultural and natural landscape. Now China has become the world’s thirdlargest heritage country, second only to Italy and Spain. Up to now, a total of41natural and cultural heritage sites have been included in the World Heritage List inChina.In recent years, with the rising of heritage tourism, world heritage sites becomethe first choice of destinations for travel. However, with the improvement of theawareness of heritage sites, a series of contradictions and problems are graduallyemerging, such as conflicts among tourism economy，the environment and the society,conflicts between resource development and protection of world heritage,management system and other issues. So we should set up a comprehensiveevaluation system to lead the sustainable tourism of cultural heritage.Based on the domestic and international heritage tourism and sustainabledevelopment research, the thesis outlines heritage tourism and sustainabledevelopment and makes comprehensive review of heritage tourism. In addition, basedon evaluation theory of sustainable development, in accordance with scientificprinciples of construction of the evaluation index, the thesis builds the sustainableevaluation index system of cultural heritage tourism on the basis of experts’ advices.The thesis also uses the method of AHP to give each index an appropriate weight. Andthen, the thesis builds an evaluation model on sustainable development of heritagetourism. Finally, it uses the model to evaluate the sustainable development of the ruinsof Koguryo as world cultural heritage site in Ji’an city, gives comprehensiveevaluation of the extent and analyzes the contradictions and problems, promotestargeted strategies and recommendations on the sustainable development of ruins ofKoguryo.
