Changsha and even all the other historical cultural cities in our country are in the era that crisis and opportunity are coexisting at present. Following the city's construction and development, the cultural heritage, historical environment and urban characteristic are to the degree impacted and destroyed, and it is shown as constructive destruction mainly.
