| Leadership of the socialist culture, as an important part of culture, with the function of promoting social development, public awareness and leadership activities, plays an important guiding role.At present, China is in the key period of transition from a traditional society to a modern society, and the shortcomings of the traditional leadership culture growingly show. So, values of mass leading as well as ideals of politics and model of thinking face a big challenge and rigorous test. In such situation, it is particularly important to construct modern leadership culture with Chinese characteristics to meet the needs of the time.Based on the leadership theory, theories of related disciplines and deep analysis of traditional leadership culture and modern leadership culture, this paper, starting from the culture connotations, demonstrates the necessity and realistic conditions of constructing modern leadership culture by making use of the unity of history and values, universality and particularity, criticality and constructiveness of the unity of methods. It points out that the construction of modern leadership culture should, from the macroscopic sense, adhere to the leadership of the socialist core value system, adopt the method of critical succession and integrated innovation and aim at the comprehensive development of human beings. This paper shows us a new line of thought for the construction of leadership culture by nurturing the environment suitable for the modern leadership culture, strengthening the construction of leadership culture system and combining the eastern and western leadership cultures. |
