Study On Virtual Enterprise Risk Management Based On Entropy Weight Matter Element

With the development of IT networks and the economic globalization, virtual enterprise had already been widely applied as a kind of new enterprise management and operation mode. It is being favored by the entrepreneurs of all countries gradually, because of its flexibility, agility and low cost. But it also brings some new risks with the share profits to the enterprise, these risks and the negative effects should not be ignored, it could lead to the failure of virtual enterprise, bring the huge lose to the enterprise. Therefore, the analysis of the main influencing factors of virtual enterprise risks and appraisal of the level of virtual enterprise risk management has important practical significance undoubtedly.This paper starts with the basic concept, features and the operation complexity, takes the risk recognition-risk appraisal-risk control as the main line. Firstly, the paper summarized and analyzed the relevant basic theories, such as risk theory, the matter-element theory and the entropy theory and so on; Secondly, the paper introduced the common methods of risk recognition. Based on the matter-element theory, taking recognition on virtual enterprise risk factors by relevant network in the correlation analysis, and then analyze the risks source from inside and outside; Thirdly, the paper summarized various methods of virtual enterprise risk appraisal at the current, and established the risk appraisal index system on the basis of the risk recognition, at the same time, aiming at the flaws of too many subjective factors while fixed the weight with AHP, we introduced the entropy weight theory to make some improvements by valuable coefficient, put forward the information entropy improvement AHP, and then, build a new method of virtual enterprise risk appraisal—based on entropy weight matter element virtual enterprise risk appraisal. Further more, the author took KFC virtual chain management as example to make analysis, and tested the scientific and effection of the new method; Lastly, the author analyzed the virtual enterprise risk control measured systematically, and pointed out virtual enterprise risk control not only needs the internal measures but also needs to combine the external environment support. Only in this way, it can achieve on the purpose of risk control.In this paper, the research has aimed at the existing problems in the virtual enterprise risk management of theoretical studies and the practical problems that are urgently needed to resolve. The research focused on the close combination of theoretical research and empirical study, and emphasized practicality and provides theoretical support and practical reference to virtual enterprise risk management.
