The Performance Evaluation Of Rural Land Expropriation Based On Entropy Matter Element Model

This study attempts to establish the land rural transfer performance of evaluation index system, and combining the entropy weight and matter element model, taking Hanshou County as the research object, to verify the scientific and reasonable of the index system, through the research results, put forward the suggestions and countermeasures that exists in the rural land expropriation process of Hanshou county. The data provided based on the field investigation and relevant departments, starting from the microcosmic angle, and the indexs will be quantified, vertified that the data is scientific and available.The rural land expropriation performance evaluation of Hanshou county in2006-2012results show that, the functions of government performance fluctuated largely,and the grades respectively in "not mature period"、"not mature period"、"growth period"、"development period"、" growth period"、" development period"、" development period "、The level of economic performance evaluation in2006-2012respectively in "not mature period"、"not mature period"、" growth period "、" growth period "、" growth period "、" growth period "、"development period",the level of economic performance is obviously has a certain distance from the maturity period。The level of the social fairness performance evaluation in2006-2012respectively in "not mature period"、"not mature period"、" growth period "、" growth period "、" growth period "、" growth period "、"development period "The level of the land use structure performance evaluation in2006-2012respectively in "growth period "、"transformation into growth period "、" transformation into maturity period"、" transformation into maturity period"、"transformation into maturity period"、"transformation into maturity period"、"maturity period"The level of rural land expropriate apprehensive performance evaluation in2006-2012were different, and the grades in2006-2010were " transformation into growth period",performance in2011is "transformation into development period",and "development period" in2012.Through the affecting factors analysis of rural land expropriate of functions of government performance、 the level of economic performance、 the social fairness performance、 land use structural performance of Hanshou County in2006-2012, concluding the main factors of affecting rural land expropriate performance in Hanshou county are:"the transparency of land acquisition、"the satisfaction rate of farmers for land acquisition compensation、"the real GDP growth rate"、"the landless farmer employment rate"、"the per capita net income for farmers"、"the proportion of residential land accounted for the total land"、"the average volume rate".Introduced the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive model to demonstrate the science of entropy matter element model which used in the rural land expropriate performance evaluation in Hanshou county,and the analysis shows that,the similar rate of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive model and entropy matter element model reached80%,demonstrated that the entroy matter element model has a certain application in rural land expropriate performance evaluation.
