The development of recycling economy is beneficial to coordinate the relationship and improve the harmony between man and nature. At the same time, it will maintain and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The research of the competitiveness of enterprises based on the economic cycle, not only opens up a valid way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, but also provides a theoretical support for the economic cycle.This paper starts with the analysis of the objective necessity which enterprises have to develop on recycling economy:on one hand, the reality of pressure from resources and the environment ,which the enterprises are currently facing with, forces enterprises to develop the recycling economy; On the other hand, the research development of the theory of relations between the recycling economy and the competitiveness of enterprises, together with the theoretical analysis results that the recycling economy is helpful to the competitiveness of enterprises , provide the theoretical support of the development of recycling economy to enterprises. Then, with the combining method of the comparative analysis,the theoretical analysis and the case study,from the view of the internal recycle and recycle, this paper makes a detail exposition of the way that the internal and the inter-enterprises economic cycle transform to the enterprise competency, and this paper also proves that the economic cycle is helpful to improve the business environment ,the economic and social competitiveness.Finally, from the prospect of the further improvement of the macro-economic conditions and nurture the micro-environment condition, this article offers some suggestions to help enterprises develop the economic cycle and improve the competency of enterprises.
