A Number Of Environmental Law In The Pu'er Tea Industry Development Research

Tea is one of the three major beverages in the world. With the idea of healthy lifestyle, the development of tea industry becomes better and better. Tea is a traditional advantage of industry in YunNan province. It is an important pillar for rural economy. It has a special status in economy and society of Yunnan province. And as one of the most famous varieties of tea in Yunnan, the development of Pu'er tea industry ought to be given special particular concern.Pu'er tea industry is an integrated area including the pre-production, production and post-production. The industrial chain of Pu'er tea relates to primary industry, the secondary industry and tertiary industry from the Pu'er tea plantations to the production and processing, and then to export sales and so on. The development of Pu'er tea industry is so important for the tea-producing areas and the whole economic, social, political of Yunnan province.The Author interpreted the latest policies and regulations related with Pu'er tea industry from perspective of central government and local government.This thesis mainly focused on how to use environmental and resources legal system to protect Pu'er tea resources and promote the development of Pu'er tea industry on the basis of typical legal system in the field of environmental and resources protection law, such as protection of genetic resources, biodiversity conservation and cleaner production system. On the genetic resources protection of Pu'er tea, the author analyzed the status and problems of Pu'er tea genetic resources, and then made some measures for protecting it's the genetic resources. On the biodiversity conservation of Pu'er tea, the author analysis it's value and current problems firstly, after that, the author gave a few measures for protecting its biodiversity combined with China's biodiversity conservation legal system. On the cleaner production legal system in Pu'er tea industry, the author discussed the necessary and specific measures for implementation of cleaner production legal system in Pu'er tea industry after analyzing its reality. Finally, in order to break through the green barriers in international trade of Pu'er tea industry, the author tried to analysis its problem and find out what's the reasons, and then provided some suggestions about exports for Pu'er tea industry in response to environmental issues.The effect of contents appeared in this thesis is too shallow for the development and growth of Pu'er tea industry. There are still a lot of environmental and resources legal issues, as well as other legal issues. The author just studied a few specific issues with his limited conditions and capabilities with the hope that more researches will be done. The author believes that the Pu'er tea industry will grow better and get a new development era with use of environmental and resources protection law system.
