| Urban land is physical base of economic and social activities in urban area.With the development of urbanization,the demand of urban land use has increased significantly,which has intensified the contradiction between the supply and demand of the urban land use. Therefore,research on the spatial distribution of urban land use becomes more important for the land use plan and decision making.We selected Yong-ding district of Zhangjiajie as study area.The current urban land use intensity was assessed quantitatively in the study area,and then the factors impact on urban land use intensity was analyzed using linear regression model.The author proposed a predict model for urban land use and predicted the total of urban land use.According to the intensity degree of urban land use,the rational distribution of urban land use was allocated.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Entropy method was applied to evaluate urban land use intensity. The average intensity of urban land use was 0.0667,which is lower than that of Hunan(0.0714)and Changsha(0.1839).(2)The article has applied multi-factor to analyze quantitatively the factors of intensity of urban land use.With the every increasing unit of population density,GDP per hectare,fixed amount of investment per hectare,industrial added value per hectare and revenue per hectare,the intensity of urban land use increase 0.0012,0.0023,0.0042,0.0118 and 0.0563 respectively.The contributions of the factors are as follow: population density>GDP per hectare>fixed amount of investment per hectare>industrial added value per hectare>revenue per hectare.Among of them,population and GDP are the most important factors.(3)Based on two-factor theory,the author proposed the modified two-factor predict model This model adopted Engel coefficient to predict average occupation of urban land use,which gave full consideration to the regional differences,so the predicting result will be more applicable to social and economic development.The total amount of urban land use is predicted which is 11130.66 hectares in 2020.(4)The urban land use was collocated according to the intensity level in the study area.The more urban land use is collocated in Yongding, Chongwen,Jiaoziya and Yinjiaxi town with higher intensive level,while the less urban land use is collocated in other place with lower intensity. |
