More and more enterprise strengthens the control toward the mineral resources and annexes other similar company. The enterprise must improve the resources' storage and improve labor rate of production continuously to face market competition.The spare parts purchase play an important role to insure the equipments operation smoothly and lower the production cost and increase the enterprise's competitive ability. JNMC Practice a new management method continuously, on the other hand she face many problem, such as, the purchase process complications and supplier management system lacked, the requirement of spare parts inaccurate and stock high.This thesis stated the development of purchase management theories and quoted the method of supply chain management, analyzed the characteristics of spare parts and compared the spare parts' purchase management of domestic and foreign nonferrous metals enterprise. Aiming at JNMC, the thesis analyzed the condition and problem of spare parts purchase management in JNMC. In view of the existent problem, the thesis put forward improvement method, such as establishing supplier management system, forecasting the requirement of spare parts, lowering the stock and improving a purchase process. This thesis puts forward the mode of centralize supplier in supplier management system and purchase process, to hope to fulfill gradually. In last this thesis prospected to carry out the electronically purchase.
