Research Of Developing Strategy Of FSDI

The thesis proceeds with current situation of FSDI,The problem existing and challenge faced are pointed out.The patterns of production and organization in FSDI which still have certain colors of planned economy can't meet the needs of market competition,cause the competitiveness of FSDI to be weak,production capacity to be insufficient.Since 2001,FSDI went through a series of tremendous changes, including transforming into enterprise's organization system,breaking off relations with Ministry of Railways,incorporating into CRCC.Since significant change happened in enterprise outside environment,the survival and development of enterprise is facing severe challenge.In this case,forming a scientific development strategy seems very essential and urgent.Based on analyzing strategic problem in FSDI at present,system changing of FSDI is regarded as centre,solving the key problem of FSDI as the goal.Being guided by Strategic Management theory,the opportunity and threat which FSDI is facing,existing strength and weaken are analyzed systemically in the thesis.Therefore SWOT strategic model is set up. According to the development model of international consulting enterprise,the ultimate objective localization is an "all-round type" enterprise group which has strong technology and capacity and can offers the overall service for construction project.The transition from advisory company of engineering design to the international engineering company can be realized.From this,the strategic implementation can be confirmed.According to the capability of enterprise in each business and appeal of market,the GE matrix of enterprise can be set up.According to the position of each business unit in the GE matrix and the SWOT model, corresponding competition strategy can be determined.Finally,necessary supporting system in strategy implementation,including institutional framework,production management,marketing,human resources,corporate culture,etc,is discussed.
