The Research On The Key Problems Caused By The Binding Of Market Economy And Socialist System

Viewing from the main development history of Marxism, none of Marx, Engels, Lenin or Mao Zedong ever brought forward the thought of binding the market economy and socialist system. China chooses socialist system and develops market economy, which is decided by Chinese history condition and realistic environment. The binding of the market economy and socialist system is a great creation of Deng Xiaoping's theory and is a new banner of human development model. The ideological basic of this theory is mind emancipation,seeking truth from the facts,the new thinking innovation of advancing with hours, and is also the binding philosophy of claiming for amalgamation and opposing excluding different cultures.This paper bases on the binding of market economy and socialist system. Firstly, It's important to analyzing the process that the theory of market economy has developed, and made an analysis of inevitability and feasibility towards the binding of market economy and socialist system. Secondly, It's necessary to analyzing the hard research process of the binding between market economy and socialist system and expatiates the background, the practice basis and the meaning of the "Binding", to take a step further, It's significant to revealing the general attribute and the main features of this "Binding". Lastly, the author choose two key problems with much concern from the many ones caused by the binding of market economy and socialist system to research. On the one hand, the author takes the rebuilding of macro-control system as starting point, chooses the subject of "transformation of government function" from the many macro-problems which had been stemmed from the "Binding", and takes the subject as basic point to expatiate the key problems such as socialist government responsibility, government intervention, building the public service government, effective supply of government public production and etc. On the other hand, The author takes the rebuilding of micro-basic as starting point, chooses the subject of "building the Chinese characteristic modern enterprise system" from the many micro-problems stemmed from the "Binding", and takes the subject as basic point to expatiate the key problems such as the leading role of state-owned economy,modern enterprise system,reform of state-owned enterprise,developing the mix economy and etc.In the author's opinion, only the above problems are expatiated clearly, could break through the bottleneck of the "Binding", could implement the government function transformation in more practice, could hold the government behavior boundary correctly, could enliven the state-owned enterprise in deed, and could build Chinese characteristic modern enterprise system. The bringing up and resolution of above problems are the key in this dissertation.
