The human resources strategy management is the important of content of enterprise strategy management. It is winning means for keeping competition superiority. However the human resources management of Gansu Kunlun biochemical company belongs to academic management lack of reasonable development, utility and science management. The talent configuration is not reasonable to be lack of superior talent in every stage. The management mechanism is not complete in using, developing training and reserving talent. The excitation mechanism is single not to preserve and attract talent .It is key problem in human resources strategy management of Gansu Kunlun biochemical company.According to this thesis, Gansu Kunlun biochemical company in the human resource management of human resources management and corporate strategy detached from the lack of an effective employee performance evaluation system, the lack of an adequately reflect individual performance and contribution to the pay system, and do not pay attention to the building of corporate culture problems, the people of this values-based management, corporate development strategy based on, and made in-depth study of Gansu Kunlun biochemical company the strategic management of human resources background, the development of the strategic management of human resources objectives, the strategic management of human resources for the overall ideas, and put forward a number of strategic human resource management measures implemented.The purpose of this paper is: Through the Kunlun biochemical company human resources management status quo analysis, the strategic management of human resources, concepts and implementation measures with a view to helping companies understand and clarify the related human resources, as well as important changes in the effective management of these opportunities to give full play to human resources departments as the company strategic partner, stimulate the enthusiasm of human resources, increase personnel training and the introduction of so as to continually enhance the overall quality of all personnel to meet the company maintain its competitive edge in order to achieve sustainable and healthy development the ultimate goal.
