| Currently, the most important issue for the economic development consequently should be expanding the domestic demand, because of the shortage of the consumption pulling-up effect is not good for economic development in the long term. So the consumption of rural population which accounts for the majority of the population plays a great role. Rural residents in Shaanxi province account 70% of the population. Therefore, expanding the rural population consumption demand will enforce growth of economic in Shaanxi. But, income is the major factor among many others in restricting the consumption, and it's not only have influences on the level of the rural residents' general living consumption, but also be directly associated with the reasonable consumption composition of rural residents.This paper take rural residents living in Shaanxi province as an example, and systematically research the effects of Shaanxi rural residents' income on the consumption level and composition using the results and theories of predecessors' after deep recognition of the necessity and importance of rural residents' consumption.First, the relative theories about rural residents' consumption are introduced and discuss the relative definitions and theories of consumption which is the background of the issues. Then the result that incoming is the most important restraint consumption factor is ensured and give the conclusion of the effects of Shaanxi rural residents' income on consumption after analyzing the consumption level and composition of Shaanxi rural residents. Third, analyzing the effects of Shaanxi rural residents' income on consumption level and composition. On the one hand, analyzing the effects of income on consumption level from four different views and calculates the relationship between income and consumption level. On the other hand, providing the analysis about the income's influence of consumption composition from three different views. In the end, the paper gives the main conclusions and two advices about income and consume is suggested aimed at increasing rural residents' incomes and expanding consumption demands. |
