The Study Of S Power Plant Maintenance Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

Business Process Re-engineering is an important approach to improve enterprises'core competitiveness. Beginning with the changing environmemt surrounding modern enterprises, this study demonstrated BPR's background and its theoretical development. The study also presented the basical characteristics of BPR. RCM theory was illustrated in chapter Three. Finnally, BPR theory was introduced in S Power Plant maintainance field. Through maintainance process analysis and optimization, structure analysis model was established, and reliability-centered maintainance BPR was designed, including process organization design, IT platform redesign and overall implementating plan of S Power Plant BPR program.The study conbined management method(BPR), maintainance technology(RCM) and IT integration system. This will help improve S Power Plant's competitiveness.
