The Study Of Event Enterprises Internationalization Crisis Management

The event enterprises are the main body of the event industry; they play a key role in country's image and international cooperation. The event enterprise's internationalization is not only the objective needs of the global integration, but also the demands of the event enterprise's development. With the WTO five year transition-period's conclusion, the service industry open to foreign capitals, the domestic market's competition internationalized day by day; simultaneously China rises comprehensively in each domain once again, and integrates the international society, so the globalization also presents the obvious Chinese characteristic.Therefore it seems necessary to study the crisis management of event enterprises internationalization so that the balance of effective development and crisis control can be realized.The thesis includes four chapters. The first part is the introduction of background, structure arrangement and mentality. The following part includes some important question's explanation. It mainly aims at three aspects: concepts, discipline and theories that the thesis involves. The third parts focus in the establishment of the event enterprises internationalization crisis management system. This chapter content mainly emphatically introduces three constituent of crisis management: concept, crisis manager and benefit counterparts. And, the thesis's most prominent contribution is the attempt to construct the crisis management statically and dynamic system. The last part is the operation of crisis management system. This part is also the expansion and deepening to the third chapter. With the current studies and practices, I divide the crisis management into three parts: the crisis forewarns, the crisis management and the crisis restores according to crisis management's stage, and has launched the elaboration separately.
