A Study On Private-Owned Enterprise's Corporation Culture In WenZhou

Private-Owned Corporates are very important force in our country's economic construction. Wenzhou is an original place of Private-Owned Economy in our country, many Wenzhou Private-Owned Corporates lack of excellent Corporate Culture through our investigation,which is the deep reason that restricts the sustained devolopment of enterprises. The competition of corporates in 21st century is one of culture strength, so Wenzhou Private-Owned Corporates must strengthen culture construction so as to improve their core competition power.Firstly,the writer sums up the actuality of the Private-Owned Corporates'present culture construction on the basis of a lot of references; secondly, analyzes the main characteristics and reasons by the way of rationing and qualitative analysis combining ; thirdly, put forwards the principles, the main content and measures for Wenzhou Private-Owned Corporates'culture construction and so on. Finally, the article gives empirical analysis of the Corporate Culture construction according to the case of Aokang Company.
