Stability and development of the enterprise culture plays a role in the theory and in the practice of enterprise management have been recognized in enterprise, the corporate culture as a new generation of management thoughts, bring a new management idea and the new management mode for enterprise. China’s modern private enterprises due to historical reasons all started late, but rapid development, occupy half of the country in the national economy. But at the same time, China’s private enterprises in the fierce market competition, to their own management improvement, from extensive management to fine management to corporate culture management; it is representing the general trend.Jiangxi Province as a major agricultural province in Central China, many private enterprises have developed greatly, but from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian and other private enterprises, there is a big gap. The building of enterprise culture to the providing cohesion, centripetal force. Foreign enterprise culture is helpful to build excellent private brand, enhance the visibility of the enterprise and talent attraction. This provides a desirable path to the central provinces have the advantage of backwardness. In this paper, the internal and external factor influencing private enterprise culture by combing Nanchang City, and puts forward some ways and suggestions on the construction of cultural enterprises Nanchang City, this paper is divided into four parts.The first part, introduction. In the research of domestic and foreign enterprises and the application background, discusses our country’s various provinces and cities for the construction of enterprise culture and the importance of investment. Analysis of the private enterprise of Nanchang City has made in the enterprise culture construction achievements, but also saw the development of private enterprises in Nanchang City lags behind relatively, the construction of enterprise culture only the number of above scale enterprises in the attention and investment in construction. Finally, in the research methods, mainly adopted literature research method, comparative research method and survey method.The second part, Nanchang city’s culture construction of private enterprise overview. This chapter is divided into two parts, the first is the analysis of Nanchang city’s formation and development of private enterprises, kinds of developing stage from policy development and the state of China’s private enterprises to Nanchang City, private enterprises and private enterprises are analyzed, the development of private enterprises are summarized and change, by exploring the status of enterprises and thus leads to the discussion on the construction of enterprise culture. Then the results and difficulties of Nanchang city’s culture construction of private enterprises. Private enterprises in Nanchang city gradually start to attach importance to the role of private enterprise culture and has made some achievements, but according to the survey analysis, the overall level of Nanchang city culture construction of private enterprises is not high, enterprise culture and employee reactions not into the operation and management of enterprises.The third part, the external and internal factors influencing the construction of enterprise culture. This chapter discusses three main factors of external influence of enterprise culture construction, respectively is the social economic system, traditional culture, regional culture. The influence of the three aspects can be seen, influence on the enterprise culture construction has a positive and a negative, the enterprise culture as a sub culture of national culture, originated from the social culture and affected by the social culture is great. At the same time, the enterprise culture construction has its own characteristics, it is also affected by the internal construction of enterprise itself, and enterprise culture construction guidance has become the important influence.The fourth part, innovative ways of Nanchang city culture construction of private enterprises. This chapter, divided into three parts, the first is the basic content of the corporate culture construction to strengthen the "four in one", from the content and the direction of enterprise culture construction on. Then perfect the mechanism of enterprise culture construction, respectively from the talent guarantee mechanism, organization mechanism, evaluation mechanism is analyzed and discussed, in order to improve the security measures necessary for the construction of enterprise culture. The third part is to create the Nanchang private enterprise culture. The main is to fully tap the Nanchang City, regional culture, to carry on the localization to the building of enterprise culture. Finally, the construction of advanced regions and enterprises to learn and use the corporate culture at home and abroad, leading to faster and better construction Nanchang private enterprise culture.
