The Research On Our National Military Enterprises' Entrepreneurial Opportunities

Military enterprises shoulder the dual mission of the construction of the national defense and national economy in the new era. The 21st century is an era of innovation and entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial opportunities is the prerequisite and core of entrepreneurship.The research on an effective way of the development of China's military enterprises from the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunities under the new situation has great theoretical and practical significance.But the problem of entrepreneurial opportunities of China's military enterprises on the current academic has not studied.Based both on my long-term experience, experience and understanding on the work of military enterprises and the relevant entrepreneurial management theory and knowledge, this article takes the research methods of the combination of comparative research and case studies, theoretical research and countermeasures around the source of entrepreneurial opportunities, the identification, evaluation and use.This article first reviews the theories of domestic and foreign-related entrepreneurial opportunities, and analyses the status quo of the entrepreneurial opportunities of China's military enterprises,such as the more opportunity source, enhencing identification capacity and improving evaluation mode, the main use of M & A strategy, and the main problem,such as lack of awareness of entrepreneurship, lack of incentives, the imperfect evaluation system, improper use of the opportunity, and proposes what restrict their entrepreneurial opportunities external environmental factors: international political relations, national defense policy and military supply and marketing mechanism, the market economy system, business support system, and the internal conditions of factors: corporate governance structure, operational mechanism, entrepreneurs cultivate system, entrepreneurial culture. Secondly,the way of develeopment of entrepreneurial opportunities of military enterprises in foreign countries are divided into enterprise-oriented, cooperative enterprises and government-dominated, and their experience are learned,and try to summarize the way of the development of China's military enterprises entrepreneurial opportunities of the government and enterprises integration. Then, the main ways, firstly, to enhance the capacity of business opportunities of China's military enterprises are proposed: the concept innovation, multiple incentives, basement on practice, scientific decision-making and fostering the entrepreneurial culture. Further, from the national perspective of China's military industrial enterprises,the ways to optimize the environment of entrepreneurial opportunities are provided promoting the Integrity, establishing and improving the entrepreneurial education system, strengthening laws and regulations, military industrial enterprises to deepen reform, the implementation of the necessary support.Finally, according to author's experience in the plant of 5808 and the previous research, case studies are conducted on the plant.
