| In China,small and medium-sized enterprises face common challenges such as shorter average lifespans and difficulties achieving sustained development.As market competition intensifies,the profitability of XYL Company gradually declines.External pressures force the company to transform for the first time and engage in internal entrepreneurial activities to enrich the product structure.The company shifts from developing adhesive control solutions to comprehensive intelligent automatic fluid control solutions.This paper first explores the meaning of "intrapreneurship" and excellent successful cases of intrapreneurship in domestic and foreign technology companies.Then,it summarizes the characteristics of intrapreneurship models from five aspects:intrapreneurship motivation,model,project development hierarchy,employee protection,and whether to establish an independent department.Secondly,the paper analyzes the intrapreneurship model of XYL Company through internal questionnaires and interview research methods.Finally,it concludes that the main problems of the XYL intrapreneurship model are the relatively solidified and conservative channels for project generation,the coordination of resources controlled through the organizational structure for process and risk control,subjective project evaluation methods,simple project incentives,and insufficient types and methods of equity and instant incentives.When formulating intrapreneurship activities,XYL’s management can build a platform system at the company level to collect more innovative ideas.Then,they can adjust the resource protection system,divided into company and department levels.The company can then adjust the incentive measures into spiritual and material ones.Finally,the company can establish corresponding mechanisms to protect and control compliance risks related to new technologies used for intrapreneurship. |
