Study On The Problem Of Laborers Shortage In Jiangxi Industrial Park

Even since Dongguan which is a city in Guangdong province, firstly found a phenomenon of "The shortage of peasant-laborers" in January 2004,it spread to the whole Pearl River triangle, the Yangzi River triangle and the area around Bo Sea, While people set focus on the developed littoral area, the phenomenon also appeared in the middle area of China suddenly. The cheap labor forces of China are considered as "limitless suply",but large scope of lacking peasant-laborers happened surprisingly. The negative influence to the development of nation's economy brought about by the phenomena may not be neglected.Laborers shortage mainly happens in Jiangxi Industrial Park now. Most of the enterprises in Jiangxi Industrial Park are small-or-medium-size. Among these enterprises, most of them are labor-intensive ones. Their exist and development base on whether they can recruit enough suitable workers, especially skilled workers. Jiangxi' process of industrialization and economic development are badly affected by the laborers shortage that happens in Jiangxi Industrial Park.This paper takes Jiangxi Industrial Park for example, and then it reaches a conclusion that the laborers shortage is not only lack of common workers but also lack of skilled workers, and young workers are structural short seriously. According to the analyses of the reason why Jiangxi Industrial Park lacks of laborers, this paper puts forward several related measures and suggestion on how to solve the problem.
