This thesis is directed at researching the high rate of demission in AB Telecom Technology Co. Ltd. Trying to use the knowledge including business management, human resource management and the market investigates, we discover the high separation rate not only owing to the macroscopic environment that talented person lack, but also it is related with characteristics of the organize closely. In order to stabilize employee's team, company should improve the construction of human resource, all-directions to train the key employee, and develop excellent team culture .Managers should find absence of management with the positive attitude from the loss of employee in AB company. Through improving management, AB company would increase competition ability in the vigorous market.
