The Constructing Project Quality Management Research Of The Shaanxi Natural Gas Co. Ltd.

While the natural gas industry becoming the new domain of economic growth, in a moment, a wave of the natural gas pipeline constructing surges in China. As a project, the natural gas pipeline constructing needs massive investment and resources, such as labors and constructional material. The quality of this project would be not only concerned with the serviceability of project's own and the viability and development of corporation, but also affect people's life and wealth, as well the stability and accordance of our society. Therefore, this paper, which aims at the quality management of the natural gas pipeline constructing, is significant in practice of projects.The Shaanxi Natural Gas Co. Ltd.is in charge of programming, constructin and management the natural gas pipeline in Shaanxi province. Based on the sufficient investigation, this paper analyzed and researched the quality management system of the company. At first, the assay of its current situation of quality management nailed down the general problems in each project department. Secondly, analyzing the company's management and project management, this paper revealed the specific defects and drawbacks of its quality management in depth. Besides, combining with the project of Guanzhong Circle pipeline (from Yongle to Guozhen ), this paper established the PDCA cycle system, emphasized the whole personnel's participation, optimized the collocating of production factors, perfected the quality control system and quality plan, and strengthened the process control. In a word, it's a scheme to develop the project quality management in detail. The strategy and scheme suggested in this paper could be used in the process of quality management of the company's pipeline constructing of natural gas, at the same time, they need more correction and improvement in practice.
