The Research On Transforming Planning Mode Of Village-In-City Of Small Cities

Drawing lessons from research and achievements on problems of village-in-city of big cities and learning advanced thoughts of related research at home and aboard,this paper puts forward a transforming planning mode of village-in-city of small cities.Its meaning is to escape the problems that the developed area faced,and to reduce and prevent harms from problems of village-in-city.It provides some references for transforming of village-in-city of small cities.This paper is based on sustainable development viewpoint of nature and society,to understand essence of the problems existed in village-in-city. Integrating summary and analysis of theory research and practice aboard with investigation of village-in-city in Maoming city,the paper probes into the transforming planning mode of village-in-city of small cities.This paper is to probe into transforming principles of village-in-city of small cities,then put forwards appropriate transforming planning mode, combining present situation,characters and problems existed of village-in-city of Maoming city and transforming practice in Shatianpo village,the research methodology used is based on investigation and research,contrast and analogy, systematic analysis,deduction and induction,dialectical analysis.
