Analysis On The Transformation Of "village In The City" In Small And Medium-sized Cities

With the rapid economic development of China, there are many urban villages formed by the urbanization, this problem become the bottleneck affect the city development and construct the harmonious social, subject to its modification is inevitable.At present, because the lack of relevant laws and regulations in China, there are a lot of difficulties in transformation.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of village in the city" reconstruction, it is necessary to analyze the benefit main body involved in reform, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The Reform of "Village in the city" is a process of interest game.this paper applies game theory to build up a model of urban village improvement to analyze the game principle of the ralated bodies, and it conclude three models:government-oriented reconstruction model;village -oriented reconstruction model;developer-oriented reconstruction model. Finally,we put forward Suggestions from the perspective of fair game mode selection for the Reform of "Village in the city".
